Common installation issues and solutions
If you see "Unknown sources" warning on Android, go to Settings → Security → Unknown sources and enable it temporarily during installation. On iOS, if the web app does not appear on your home screen after Add to Home Screen, try again using Safari (not Chrome). Some older iOS versions require you to clear Safari cache first. If the app freezes or crashes, close Safari completely, clear its cache in Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, then reopen dodotogel.app. If video does not stream on your device, check that you have given dodotogel permission to access camera and microphone in Settings → Privacy.

App data, permissions, and account security
The dodotogel app requests permissions to store files (for caching game rules and transaction logs), access your phone's network (to connect to our servers), and—on Android—read your phone model and OS version for crash reporting. We do not access your contacts, photos, calendar, or location. All permissions are requested explicitly when first needed; you can revoke permissions at any time through your phone's settings without affecting core app functionality.
Your login credentials and session tokens are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 and stored only on your device's secure keychain (Android) or keychain (iOS). We do not transmit your password to our servers after initial registration. Two-factor authentication via SMS or authenticator app adds a second layer: even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without your second factor. When you log out, the app clears all session data from your device's memory.
Your account balance, transaction history, and personal data (name, phone, email, ID documents) are stored on our encrypted servers. We encrypt data in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Regular security audits and penetration testing ensure our app and servers resist common attack vectors.
